A Space to Slow Down and Breathe
ONLINE THERAPY IN ARIZONATherapy isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about having space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work through what’s been weighing on you. Below are some of the areas I support.
Areas of Support
You may see you yourself in one of these or more.
TRAUMA & PTSD
Your mind may know it’s in the past, but your body can still react as though it’s happening right now. You may feel on edge, easily triggered, or disconnected from yourself. You’re ready to understand what’s happening, work through the past, and feel some relief from the weight of it.
PEOPLE PLEASING & BOUNDARIES
You spend so much energy managing everyone else’s feelings that your own needs can get pushed aside. Maybe you struggle to say no, worry about disappointing people, or feel guilty setting boundaries. You’re tired of people pleasing and want to feel more confident expressing what you need without losing yourself.
ANXIETY & EMOTIONAL OVERWHELM
Your mind will not quiet down. You’re running on empty, overthinking everything, and trying to hold all the pieces together. You just want to feel like you can breathe again, quiet your mind, and get through the day without everything feeling so heavy.
LIFE TRANSITIONS & PERSONAL GROWTH
Everything has changed, and you feel lost. Maybe you’re navigating a career change, stepping into parenthood, adjusting to the end of a relationship, or questioning who you are outside of everyone else’s expectations. You’re ready to figure out what you want for yourself, reconnect with who you are, and feel more confident about what comes next.
Your pace. Your story. Real collaboration.
Therapy isn’t about following a rigid checklist or trying to fit into a mold. Because no two people carry the exact same story, our work together is entirely individualized. We move at a pace that honors where you are, collaborating closely so you never have to feel rushed, judged, or alone in the process.
Individualized & Flexible:
We draw from trusted, evidence-based approaches (like EMDR and parts work) tailored specifically to your needs, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all method.
A Safe, Grounded Space:
This is a zero-judgment space where you can take a breath, slow down, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface.
Stepping Forward Together:
You don’t have to figure it all out at once. We take things one intentional step at a time, building lasting self-trust along the way.

Out of Network Benefits
If you have out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request. You can submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your specific plan.
Good Faith Estimate
If you are paying for care without using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. More information is available through the No Surprises Act.
